This home began as a simple 70m² rectangular shell, constructed with double-skin brick and traditional tongue-and-groove flooring, ceilings, and walls. Our vision was to transform it into a beautiful, modern two-bedroom family home. By carefully preserving some of the original features and introducing contrasting elements like the ply wall lining, we maximized the existing available space to create a light-filled, open living area. The result is a stunning, functional home that blends timeless charm with contemporary design, adding both aesthetic appeal and lasting value.
