This existing home is being completely transformed through a large-scale alteration and extension. Currently in the building consent phase, the project will convert the original 60m² three-bedroom home with a garage below into a spacious, 195m², three-story, five-bedroom residence. Working closely with the client to meet their vision, the design includes large open plan living, plenty of windows that will flood the interior with natural light and offer beautiful views of the nearby beach.

The façade will feature a concrete-look plaster finish using Resene Construction Systems, paired with sleek timber weatherboards for a refined, modern aesthetic. This project is set to create a beautiful home.
